We have owned our Snapdragon 747 ‘Sheila’ since 2012 having used her for many sailing adventures with our children within the Solent area. With an encapsulated bilge keel and a shallow draught, she is able to dry out allowing access to some of the best Solent locations as well as make use of the cheaper drying moorings. She is a very safe, strong and capable sailing boat; her previous owner undertook many channel crossings as well as passages to Holland.
Sheila is still in regular use however as our children are now adults and do not want to come sailing with the parents we have taken the decision to downsize to a trailer-sailer to give us more flexibility hence the decision to advertise her for sale.
