Johnson 9.5 HP old twin Two stroke Outboard Engine

This is a classic 9.5 hp 1965 twin Jonhson outboard. Is complete with just a few bolts missing. It seems to have had hardly any use but been store for most of its life. It came to me included in a boat purchase but as a spare engine. It nearly runs but seems to have a carburetor problem. I have no use for it, but to good to scrap. Make me an offer.
