Fixed fin keel, antifouled in April with new running rigging at the same time. The head sail is on a rolling reef system, the main I store below but attaches very quickly and easily. Below is open with plenty of seating space and a table. 3.1m Avon tender and 4hp mariner outboard included, both in good condition, especially the engine. There are a few extra things on there that will be included so it is ready to take over straight away.
